Twenty-seven weeks after Governor J.B. Pritzker and Mayor Richard C. Irvin officially inaugurated the 605 Innovation District, we are ready to make history again. The Smart Aurora Opportunity is America’s first Smart City public private partnership (P3) at city scale. The partnership of Jacobs, Nokia, Smart City Capital and the City of Aurora will transform the city of lights into the city of lightspeed.
